Terms of Service
EngineOS is operated by Kovotic Labs LLC. In this document, “we”, “us” and “EngineOS” mean Kovotic Labs LLC.

The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and Kovotic Labs LLC. By signing up for EngineOS or forwarding calls to it, you accept them.
What the service does
EngineOS answers calls forwarded to it from your business line, conducts an intake conversation, and delivers the structured result to you. It only receives calls your carrier forwards — calls you answer yourself never reach us.
The agent does not commit anything on your behalf. It makes no bookings, no dispatch promises, and quotes no arrival times. Urgent calls are flagged and the caller is told your team will call them back. Deciding what to do about a call is yours.
The pilot
- Free for 60 days, with the full product on your real line.
- Up to 150 answered calls per month. Past that, new callers hear that your team will call them back, we notify you with their number, and the call ends.
- After 60 days the pilot converts to $199 per month, held for 12 months. List price is $599. Conversion is automatic unless you cancel, and we notify you at day 45 and day 55 beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time by turning off call forwarding on your line. No notice period, no cancellation call.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own carrier account, your phone line, and the forwarding you enable on it.
- You confirm you are entitled to have calls to that business line answered by a service on your behalf.
- Where the law of your state or your callers' states requires notice or consent for recording or transcribing a call, obtaining it is your responsibility as the business being called.
- You will not use EngineOS for unlawful purposes or in a way that breaches your carrier's terms.
Your data
Call transcripts, intake records, and leads produced from calls to your line are yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy or a deletion at any time.
We may ask to publish your results — calls caught, jobs won — as a case study. Nothing is published without your approval of the specific figures.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment during the pilot, and you should not rely on EngineOS as your only means of receiving calls. It answers what your line forwards; if it is unavailable, your calls behave as they did before you enabled forwarding.
The service depends on third-party telephony, speech, and language-model providers. Their interruptions become ours.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kovotic Labs LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to EngineOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. During a free pilot, that amount is zero.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business, lost profit, or missed opportunity arising from a call that was not answered, was answered imperfectly, or was not delivered to you.
Ending it
You may stop at any time by disabling call forwarding. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, unlawful use, or abuse of the service, and will tell you why.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially we will say so here and update the date at the top.
